•          Healing Herb 1: Alfalfa

o        Alfalfa is a herb and a legume. Alfalfa is high in fiber and contains vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorous, vitamin C, and vitamin K.

•          Healing Herb 2: Basil

o          Basil is a very good source of vitamin K, manganese, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin C., calcium, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids.

•          Healing Herb 3: Cayenne Pepper

o          Cayenne Pepper is a good source of vitamin-C (Ascorbic acid), vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine), niacin, riboflavin, vitamin A, iron, copper, potassium.
