Personally, I use these herbs and spices daily and I can attest that they have work for me and my family.

Or even that I understand everything there is about the human body.

I just know what I and my family have been doing for years that have helped us to stay out of the doctor’s office.

•          Healing Herb 1: Alfalfa

o        Alfalfa is a herb and a legume. Alfalfa is high in fiber and contains vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorous, vitamin C, and vitamin K.

•          Healing Herb 2: Basil

o          Basil is a very good source of vitamin K, manganese, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin C., calcium, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids.
